River Falls Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau Celebrates Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce Month

RIVER FALLS, WI. — Following an official statewide proclamation by Governor Tony Evers recognizing September as Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce Month, the River Falls Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau is proud to join communities across the state in highlighting the immense value of local enterprise. Wisconsin remains one of the few states nationally to formally set aside a month honoring chambers of commerce and their impact.
Throughout September, the River Falls Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau is highlighting its ongoing commitment to the community by continuing to deliver the core services, advocacy, and resources our investors rely on every day. Rather than changing our routine, we are focusing on what we do best: supporting local businesses, strengthening our local economy, and fostering a vibrant place to live and work.
September is also a prime time to experience local traditions, such as our annual Bacon Bash festival, which brings residents and visitors together. “Our day-to-day work is focused entirely on keeping River Falls a vibrant place to live, work, and do business,” said Collin Geraghty, Event & Member Engagement Manager. “September gives us a wonderful opportunity to highlight that ongoing commitment. Whether through our daily advocacy, resources, or community festivals like Bacon Bash, we are proud to support our members every single day and encourage others to join us by investing in the mission.”
As we observe Chamber of Commerce Month, we invite community members and business owners to invest in our mission by becoming members and to attend upcoming events and programs like community festivals, networking events, civic events, and more!
