River Falls Rotary Launching Crutches4Africa

River Falls Rotary Launching Crutches4Africa

The River Falls Rotary Club is launching its second annual Crutches4Africa drive.

Instead of storing or disposing of mobility devices after use, you can donate them! The River Falls Rotary Club is collecting crutches and other mobility devices for people in Africa who desperately need them but cannot afford them. Rotary is collecting the devices to fill a shipping container that will be sent to Africa to help people in need.

In addition to crutches, the Rotary Club is collecting walkers, canes, walking boots, prosthetic legs, wheelchairs, knee scooters, leg or knee braces, arm slings, baby joggers (not strollers) and bicycle trailers.

The Rotary Club is holding two public collection events in River Falls:

Saturday, May 16 | 10 am – 12 pm | Ptacek’s Family Market, 112 S. Main St.
Saturday, May 23 | 10 am – 12 pm | M Health Fairview Clinic, 319 S. Main St.

Rotary will also pick up devices if you prefer. Email riverfallsrotary@gmail.com or call 715-441-2663.

Thank you for helping! The River Falls Rotary Club are people in action – enhancing opportunities for youth, creating a better world for all. Find out more at Home Page | Rotary Club of River Falls
