Shifts are first come, first served; however, shifts are subject to changes, additions, and deletions when necessary. Chamber Staff will connect with you to confirm your shift.
As a thank you to our volunteers, each volunteer will receive a Weekend Wristband to enjoy the music. Wristbands can be picked up Monday, April 21 - Thursday, April 24 at the Chamber Office, 9AM-4PM or they can be picked up at Will Call during designated hours Friday/Saturday.
You are responsible for picking up your wristband(s) at Will Call or the week prior to the event. Wristbands will NOT be available at your venue.
When you pick up your wristband, you will receive a volunteer name badge to wear at your post.
Failure to attend your shift, canceling <12 hours before your shift without emergency circumstances, or leaving your shift early, will result in removal of wristband, and will impact future volunteer opportunities for this event. You must be in good standing with the Chamber to be eligible to volunteer.
Will Call Hours: Friday 2PM - 10PM; Saturday 12PM - 10PM
Beer Tasting: Saturday, 12PM - 1:30PM
Bourbon Tasting: Saturday, 4PM - 5:30PM
