• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using hotel software
• Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and guest accounts
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
• Monitor lobby and public areas for cleanliness and guest comfort
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-ins with prompt attention
• Wash, Dry, and fold all house laundry (sheets, towels, ext.)
• Assist with shift reporting and communication logs
