Staffing Specialist : River Falls , Wisconsin
Our growing staffing and recruiting team is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Staffing Specialist to join our branch office. We're looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about connecting great candidates with great opportunities. In this role, you will support both clients and applicants through the hiring process while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong communication.
Responsibilities of the Staffing Specialist :
- Recruit, source, and interview qualified candidates for client openings.
- Manage job orders and coordinate the hiring process from intake through placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and job seekers.
- Support onboarding activities, including employment paperwork, orientations, and pre-employment requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to applicant and client inquiries.
- Conduct employee and client follow-ups to ensure successful placements.
- Participate in networking events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
- Assist with employee relations, attendance management, and unemployment documentation.
- Support branch operations and complete additional duties as assigned.
Staffing Specialist Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented .
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to thrive through challenges and rejection.
- Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, human resources, or customer service experience preferred.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Pay for Staffing Specialist : $50,000-$58,000 depending on experience.
