These activities are all connected in one way or another to developing Wisconsin's workforce. He recently retired from OEM Fabricators\, Inc.\, where he served as President for over thirty years.\n\nIn his retirement\, Mark continues to work at the intersections of the public and private sectors and nonprofits\, and their connections with encouraging workforce development\, growing successful children and supporting families.
