Yoga with Babies
A perfect fit for new parents who want to get into shape and to bond with their babies. This class is a blend between yoga for mom/dad and baby yoga as well as baby massage. It is great for babies 6 weeks and up (until crawling).
This class promotes parent & baby bonding. Parents experience strengthening and toning. There is focus on opening and stretching the upper back to counteract the continual forward flexion which is often associated with caring for baby, and healthy breathing patterns are encouraged. Baby increases mobility and flexibility, the spinal column and nervous system are nourished and strengthened, digestion improves, they learn how to relax and be calm, and much more.
