Yoga for Pregnancy
All stages of pregnancy and levels of yoga experience welcome. You’ll benefit from yoga that will strengthen and relax you for your pregnancy and beyond. Please sign up in advance. Open to all levels.
1st Week: FLOW- Gentle flowing movement to help find balance and connect with your breath, body and mind.
2nd Week: STRENGTH- Build strength in the body to feel strong in your pregnancy and beyond.
3rd Week: HIPS- More postures focused on moving though the hips to release and stabilize.
4th Week: RELEASE & RESTORE- Slow gentle stretches and relaxing restorative poses.
