Yoga 101 - Hudson
This 4-week series is ideal for people who have never done yoga before or who have limited experience. Students will explore the history of yoga and discover its many benefits: weight loss, stress relief, increased strength, flexibility and more. This series includes 20 minutes of discussion and 55 minutes of yoga. Yoga 101 will prepare you for any beginning level class.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and be prepared to take your shoes and socks off. Yoga is practiced with bare feet. You’ll also need to bring your own yoga mat. A yoga block and bottle of water is recommended.
