Tai Chi Easy Beginner’s Series
The Tai Chi Easy™ methods are designed to improve the quality of life for people of all ages ~ whether well or unwell. This includes those who may be dealing with disease, chronic pain and health conditions, limited mobility and balance issues, deficient immune systems, anxiety and/or depression. It uses slow and careful movement without strain to strengthen the body’s own healing forces, and is medically proven to support disease prevention, accelerate healing, and reduce stress.
It may be done while either sitting or standing.
Using simplified Tai Chi based on the four major recognized styles of Tai Chi, this program is straightforward, highly adaptable and resulting in empowerment in self-care and self-management skills…and it’s FUN
You will be guided through the 5 Tai Chi Easy movements and a
wide variety of elements from the 4 Essential Baskets of Qigong Practice:
Body posture and movement
Meditation, Focus, Relaxation
