A class for persons who want to learn how to create a landscape that is functional, sustainable, environmentally friendly and beautiful will be offered in two sessions held from 6:30pm-9pm, Thursdays, May 14th and 21st, at the River Falls Public Library.
The fee for non-master gardeners is $25; for certified master gardeners or master gardeners in training it is $20.
The class will be taught by Diana Alfuthh, horticulture educator for UW-Extension in Pierce County, and landscape design instructor at UW-River Falls.
