Description
Perhaps one of your New Year’s resolutions is to be more active, to get in better shape, to practice wellness, or to simply feel better. Well, you are in luck! Your wellness matters and the January sustainability brown bag event will focus on how you can take small actions to sustain yourself! Tonya Schmitt will be presenting on the magic of movement with a focus on movement throughout the day and the connections between movement and sustainable wellness. As with all sustainability brown bag presentations, you are welcome to join us in person in the UC or virtually via the Microsoft Teams link. You are welcome to bring your lunch to enjoy during the presentation although this presentation will be a little more interactive than some of the others with you getting up and practicing some of the activities. In-person attendees will receive a free sustainability/wellness related item! This event is open to everyone - UWRF students, employees, and community members!
