Specific tools will be covered to help attendees rediscover their areas of greatest strength as well as opportunities for improvement. In this workshop attendees will learn how to: • Identify and leverage their personal core values • Conduct an honest appraisal of personal abilities and challenges • Overcome personal challenges and cultivate personal strengths • Use emotional intelligence to drive professional results • Use the “art of empowerment” for effective delegation Great leaders are people of integrity who live their lives in accordance with a well-defined value system that can help inspire others to do and be their best.
