Description
Do you suffer from jaw pain, clenching, grinding, and tension headaches? Do you wear dental appliances to help mitigate the pain and tension? Would you like to learn an easy and effective way to release jaw and facial tension without appliances?
If so, this workshop is for you! Chronic tension in facial muscles can keep you stuck in stress and emotions. Learn to identify what emotion may be contributing to your habitual pattern. Discover the developmental significance of the mouth. Understand the correlation between the pelvis and the jaw.
After doing some simple somatic movements, you’ll notice how relaxed your mind, facial and jaw muscles feel!
With practice your jaw pain will improve and tension headaches disappear.
