Soft Skills for the Workforce: New professional development that can make a big impact!
Participants will learn presentation and facilitation skills for webinars, communication strategies for conflict resolution, coaching, and mentoring as well as organizational skills to assist with time and stress management. This new series is a blend of synchronous online webinars and self-paced learning. Fee $199.
Instructor Jay Little is a soft skills expert, trainer, facilitator, and coach. He holds a Masters degree in Counseling and is DDI certified. Mr. Little provides professional development and management services to organizations in private industry and the public sector including Pfizer, IBM, and the US Department of Defense.
