Small Business Regulatory Review Boar...
Description
Small business owners will have an opportunity to share with the Small Business Regulatory Review Board their concerns on economic barriers created by unnecessary state regulations. The May 14, 2007 public hearing is an opportunity for small businesses to have their voice heard on any negative economic impacts that are created by overly-burdensome regulations. The Small Business Regulatory Review Board includes small business owners who have the statutory authority to bring forth a call for action on your behalf.
Small business owners who wish to comment at the public hearing may do so by oral or written testimony.
Those small businesses wishing to provide oral testimony about state administrative rule(s) must register no later than May 9, 2007 by any of the following methods:
- Complete the on-line administrative rule complaint for(www.commerce.wi.gov/BD/BD-SBRRB-Complaint.html)
- Send an e-mail to ombudsman@commerce.state.wi.us
- Call Small Business Ombudsman at 608-267-0297
Testimony will be limited to ten minutes. The openings for oral testimony will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Walk-in testimony will be allowed if time is available.
