Regardless of the organization or your role in the organization, your ability to communicate effectively is absolutely essential. More than ever, employees need to communicate in ways that connect with fellow employees and in ways that can connect with their respective supervisors and managers.
In this workshop, you’ll develop a strategy for communicating to connect. You’ll identify communication challenges and what you can do to address those challenges. You’ll identify your communication style and how your style may help or hinder how you communicate. And you’ll learn an approach to deliver messages clearly, whether it’s a 30-second message or a formal presentation.
