There’s one absolute in the working world: change. Every organization experiences change. And in today’s economy, change comes often. As an employee, you need to develop skills to adapt to change, to help yourself navigate through the change so you can continue to make valuable contributions in your role.
In this workshop, you’ll learn practical steps to deal with workplace change. That includes, in part, learning how you and others respond to change and barriers that may prevent you from effectively working through the change. You’ll also learn approaches to help others navigate through change.
