Description
Filmmaker Tom Laughlin is coming to River Falls to discuss one of his projects, "Wisconsin Barns---Touchstones to the Past". The documentary, shown on PBS, profiles a number of barns around Wisconsin and visits with historians, academics, farmers, a family rehabbing their barn and more. Mr. Laughlin will show the half-hour film and then answer questions and discuss saving old barns, the people he's met while filming, and how much those structures mean to people and to our heritage.
