Description
Come to Yoga and enjoy an hour of relaxing music, Candles, aromatherapy, silk eye pillows? Maria has taught yoga for a variety of clientele and is a Certified YogaFit Instructor. She currently teaches at Anderson Windows corporate office over the lunch hour on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (all of the employees were brand-new to yoga!). She also teaches a variety of classes at Inspiring Actions Wellness Center in Hudson, WI. Maria?s main goal is to help spread health and raise money for her family?s upcoming adoption from Africa.
