Description
Come help us celebrate the benefits of a community-owned utility while enjoying a picnic dinner served by employees. The first 100 River Falls Municipal Utilities residential customers present are eligible to build a FREE energy conservation kit for their home. These kids (valued at $50), include programmable thermostats, compact fluorescent light bulbs, power strips, light-emitting diode (LED) holiday lights, insulation kits, and more. Other events taking place during this event include kids activities, CFL recycling, tours of newly constructed LEED registered City Hall, and learn more/save more energy education booths.
