Kick off the holiday season with great events occurring throughout the day! Bundle up the whole family & head downtown!

2019 Schedule of Events
- 10:00a-7:00p Letters to Santa - Fox Den Used Books (120 S Main St)
- Please note: this event runs November 29 through December 18
- 12:00-5:00p Zaney Janey (De-Vine Designz) - Mei Mei's Cookies & Creamery (113 E Elm St)
- Stop by Mei Mei's for cheek art and henna
- 1:00p Children's Craft Project - Junior's Restaurant & Tap House (414 S Main St)
- Stop by Junior's Restaurant for a fun children's holiday craft project (8 and under)
- While supplies last
- 1:00-3:00p Open Skate - River Falls Youth Hockey Arena (861 Cemetery Rd)
- skates available to use at no charge on a first come, first served basis
- 1:00-5:00p Santa & Mrs. Claus - Mill Dairy Bar (166 N Riverwalk, next to The Mercantile)
- please note: there will not be a professional photographer onsite
- 1:00-5:30p Chili Crawl - participating downtown restaurants and retail shops
- pick up a tasting card from any of the participating locations or from the ticket booth located in Veteran's Park
- 1:00-6:30p Cookies and Holiday Beverages - Veteran's Park
- Enjoy complimentary chocolate chip cookies, hot chocolate, and apple cider courtesy of the River Falls High School’s Student Council. Free will donations will be accepted with all proceeds going to the Student Council’s Giving Tree event. The Giving Tree provides gifts to families in the district and community that are facing financial hardships during the holiday season.
- 1:00-6:30p River Falls goes Green - Veteran's Park
- The River Falls Municipal Utilities is proud to announce that starting on January 1st, all City buildings and streetlights will be powered by 100% renewable energy. To celebrate, the tree in Veteran's Park has been filled with green LED lights. Stop by to learn more about this initiative and to turn the tree lights on and off with the GIANT light switch!
- Please note: this educational piece will remain in Veteran's Park throughout the winter

- Free will donations will be accepted with all proceeds going to Our Neighbors' Place Backpack Program
- 3:30-5:30p Live Ice Carving by Metro Ice Sculptures - Veteran's Park
