This interactive session is designed to help local businesses explore practical, real-world ways to connect with emerging talent. Here’s what you can expect:
- Pre-event insight: Receive a short video highlighting how students and young professionals can contribute to your business and the value of career-based learning
- Explore engagement opportunities: Learn how to get involved through job shadows, internships, apprenticeships, project-based experiences, and hiring
- Collaborative discussion: Join fellow business leaders and the Business Education Leadership Link committee to answer key questions and share perspectives
- Ongoing involvement: Get invited to a fall Workforce Summit for deeper learning and a spring hiring/career expo to showcase your business to students
