You'll learn how to improve the quality of technology-related services, incorporate technology into your practice, and continuously monitor and evaluate the ways that you use technology. We'll also identify professional standards for the use of technology in providing professional services and how to communicate those standards to clients, government regulatory bodies, insurance carriers and others.
