Weather permitting, we will be outside or under the shelter if rain, so plan accordingly. Bring a mat if you have one and your water bottle.
POUND® can be done barefoot or with athletic shoes.
Stay after and join us for a picnic. We will provide the main dish/protein and eating supplies. Please bring a dish to share. BYOB.
