Description
Performance appraisal is an essential business process that offers an opportunity to continuously improve an organization's overall performance. From this course, Managers and human resource professionals will gain the following skills:
Identify what a good performance management process should do
Establish goals, standards and measurements
Conduct planning, feedback, coaching and performance reviews
Communicate clear expectations
Instructor Sally Field, MBA, SPHR, CBM, is a working professional in the field of Human Resources. She is an adjunct faculty member at UW-River Falls.
Fee $199. Offered as noncredit only. Held at the UW-River Falls Hudson Center, conveniently located near US I94 off exit 2. The facility features on-site parking and close proximity to amenities including restaurants and coffee shops. One of three Business Professional Development courses offered this spring.
