Description
On February 11th, Dr. Lori Peterson discussed the importance of getting the "right people on the bus". This goes beyond just identifying Board members and key volunteers. It includes making sure the right training procedures are in place and that your volunteers are engaged in the organization’s mission.
Join us for a workshop on putting the procedures in place to ensure your non-profit organization is as effective as possible.
Cost is $25 per organization (up to 3 individuals, additional persons $8 each). Bring along your Board members or key volunteers!
Susan Nielson with Leaderscapes Incorporated will be our presenter for the workshop. Leaderscapes provides consulting and coaching services to organizations, executives, and individuals who want to improve their results.
