Join Dr. Lori Peterson for a big-picture look at non-profits using Jim Collins' book Good to Great and the Social Sectors.
This workshop will:
- provide a framework to measure your impact in the community
- focus on helping you improve your organization
- think in broader terms of measure success.
Share what your organization is contributing, learn what others are doing and build collaborations among your fellow non-profit leaders.
