This is a 6-month virtual group coaching is two 90-minute calls per month. The location can be in the comfort of your own home, office, or your favorite quiet safe space.

During this 6-month group coaching series, Betsy will guide the group through a structured format where women get to come together to learn, share, and support each other.
In this group coaching you will gain clarity regarding how balanced or unbalanced your current lifestyles are and what to do about it.
Break free of the people pleasing patterns that are no longer serving you.
Get clear on your own personal preferences and desires.
Learn how to say “No” to others and “Yes” to yourself.
Learn how to carve out “me time” in your schedule and not feel guilty about it!
Cultivate confidence and practice assertive communication skills.
