The Kinni Corridor Project’s final Tech Talk for 2017,"Recreation, Tourism, and Economics," will be held Thursday, Sept. 7, at the River Falls Public Library. Speakers include Patrick Seeb, director, Economic Development and Placemaking at Destination Medical Center (DMC) Economic Development Agency in Rochester, MN, and former executive director of the Saint Paul Riverfront Corporation; and project consultants Ed Freer, senior planner and landscape architect, and Bob Kost, senior urban planner.
