Immunization Clinic Scheduled
Description
Peirce County Public Health's monthly River Falls immunization will be held from 3-5 Tuesday April 6, at 174 S. Riverwalk, in the lower level of the Edina Reality building.
There must be a consent form signed by a parent of gaurdian for children getting immunized. If the child is being sent with some one else (grandparent, babysitter, friend) there must be signed written permission for the specifice immunization(s) in order form them to be given.
