Immunization Clinic
Description
Pierce County Public Health's monthly River Falls immunization clinic. A consent form must be signed by the parent or guardian. If a child is sent with someone other than a parent (i.e., grandparent, babysitter, friend) signed written permission for the specific immunization(s) to be given that day must be provided.
