Immunization Clinic
Description
Pierce County Public Health's monthly River Falls immunization clince will be held from 3-5p.m. Tuesday, June 34th at 113 Walnut St. i the lower level of the Edina Realty building.
A consent form must be signed by the parent or guardian. If a child is sent with someone other than a parent (grandparent, babysitter, friend) signed written permission for the specific immunizations to be given that day must be provided.
Donations are accepted at all clinic sites. Call a physician or the Public Health Department at 273-6755 with questions.
