Harvest Tips from UW-Extension
Description
What to do with vegetables and fruits at their peak -- when to pick, how to store, freeze or dry, will be the topic of disscusion from 6:30pm-8:30pm on Thursday, June 4th, at the River Falls Public Library.
UW-Extension educators Diana Alfuth and Lori Zierl will talk about when to harvest fresh produce and how to handle it after harvest.
Canning will not be discussed at this class. There is no charge, but pre-registration is required by calling UW-Extension, 715-273-6781.
