Genealogical Society Meeting
Description
The Final Meeting (until next September) of the St. Croix Vally Genealogical Society will be at 7 pm, Wednesday, June 3rd, in the River Falls Public Library main floor meeting room.
Ericksonis a former archivist at the Area Research Center on the UWRF Campus, former archivist at the Wisconsin Historical Society in Madison, retierd proffesor of archival studies at the UW-Milwaukee, and past president of the Society of American Archivists.
He will present the research he has conducted on a large group of Blacks living in Prescott prior to the Civil War- called his "Prescott Project".
Please note that htis meeting has been changed and that there will be no meeting in May.
