Friendly flower arranging competition, with cash prizes for the winners. Several categories, including "Pirate Plunder" and both children's and adult classes. Pick up rules and entry forms at library or First National Bank. ENTRIES DUE BY 6 P.M. WEDNESDAY, JULY 11.
