Description
If you have recently been promoted to a supervisory or management position or want to learn how to become a more effective manager, this course will help you with the basics: time management, delegation, employee motivation and conflict management. This is a noncredit course, led online by an instructor. Two lessons are released each week for six weeks. Course includes interactive online discussion and final exam.
