FREE Virtual Beginner's Yoga Workshop via Zoom
If you’ve wanted to try yoga but didn’t know how to start, this FREE, virtual workshop is for you. Renew your body, mind and spirit and experience yoga in a friendly intimate setting with others who are brand new to yoga. This workshop is designed for those who want to be introduced to the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and be prepared to take your shoes and socks off (yoga is practiced with bare feet). You’ll also need a yoga mat. Also, a bottle of water is recommended.
