Developing Effective Training Skills

This course is designed for trainers (both new and experienced) who want to improve their skills in a structured way to be more effective in getting results from the training they deliver.  This hands-on session will give you an understanding of the characteristics of, and methods used by, the most successful trainers.  You will learn common mistakes and solutions, to develop effective communication skills, questioning as a training technique, and presentation tips.
