What was experienced on the Willow River? Can it be a peek into the future of what will be experienced on the Kinnickinnic River. Mr. Mason will talk about the drawdown of Little Falls Lake and the process for removing and replacing the dam. Topics will include why the dam needed to be replaced, what was observed throughout the process, sediment issues, impacts to plant and animal life in and around the lake and downstream, and the process for reconstruction.
