Charlie Keenan In Retrospect
Description
Work by the late River Falls artist Charlie Keenan is on exhibit in the library's lower level gallery. Keenan, who died in 2001 at the age of 50, was a prolific commercial artist and also created very diverse artwork in acrylic, pastels and pen and ink.
