• 6:00pm Dinner Buffet - Delicious meal by Kilkarney Hills Catering

• Program to Follow Dinner

• Dessert Auction - Our final fundraiser of the night will be the highly anticipated Dessert Auction! Delicious, themed cakes and desserts will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. Bid for your own business or create a coalition with surrounding guests and tables to share the dessert.

• What is included with my registration?

  • Your registration includes access to the biggest networking event of the year and a delicious buffet dinner. Beverages may be purchased separately from the cash bar on site.

• Is there a vegetarian or gluten-free dinner option?

  • Please email any dietary restrictions to megan@rfchamber.com and we will work with the venue to provide a meal.

• What is the dress code?

  • Theme-related dress is highly encouraged, but not required. Rally your group together to dress as your favorite character from Caddyshack, or choose a business casual ensemble. The choice is yours!

• Where do I park?

  • Kilkarney Hills Golf Course has ample free parking in their lot and along the road leading to the clubhouse.

• Can I still sponsor this year's Annual Awards Banquet?

  • Yes! Email megan@rfchamber.com for Annual Awards Banquet Sponsorship Opportunities. To be included in printed materials, sponsorship must be confirmed by January 31, 2024.

• Can I donate an auction or raffle item still?

  • Yes! Email megan@rfchamber.com. All raffle items must be dropped off/picked up by January 31, 2024.
