Enter the River Falls Public Library's annual Flower Show Competition, sponsored by First National Bank. Categories include traditional, miniature, and "Celebrating Summer" where you can pick any River Falls Days theme from the past 40 years for your theme. Classes for adults and youth age 14 and under.
