Developing Work Relationships
Russell Wright from the Chippewa Valley Technical College will be on hand to discuss the skills necessary to develop constructive and collaborative relationships with co-workers and customers. He will discuss how interaction styles contribute to the way people respond to each other, empathetic listening skills and other techniques that are the building blocks to effective communication.
Russell Wright is a dynamic and interactive trainer and has extensive experience in leadership, quality and communications and has delivered training for numerous organizations including 3M and Kell Containers.
