Description
Restorative yoga helps us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely. We all have very full lives, and while we may sleep, we rarely take time to rest. The supported postures facilitate deep relaxation and bring the body back into balance to rejuvenate and replenish. Restorative Yoga is about letting go.
