Description
An Abundant Yoga Community (AYC) fundraiser virtual class. In this Gentle Flow class, we will link breath to movement in a vinyasa-style flow. Expect a slow flow and a relaxing practice. Though postures may maintain a level of challenge, we will enter into them in gentle ways. Please have the following props nearby: blocks (or block-type objects,) a strap (or a belt or hand towel,) and a blanket.
