The Mayor of Hastings will be declaring September 10th as Animal Ark Day! To celebrate, join us for a fun, event filled day for the entire family! Here are a few of our highlights for the day: Max Bitterman, Professional Dog Trainer & owner of Your Dog's Best Friend, will provide 3 training seminars along with Q & A: 11:30 AM Mastering The Leash Walk 12:30 PM Dog Raising vs. Dog Training 1:30 PM Babies & Dogs Enjoy wine samplings from Flower Valley Vineyard of Red Wing & beer sampling from Bad Weather Brewery Bouncy House, Crazy Hair & Face Painting for Kids Chuck & Don's of Cottage Grove Green Mill will be serving hot and delicious pizza Kona Ice will be serving yummy, healthy snow cones Miller Chiropractic Squirrel! Distraction Dog & Cat accessories State Farm Insurance Keller Williams Real Estate And more! We will also be giving 20% off adoption fees that day, excluding kittens and puppies.
