2024 State of the City Address

Registration for breakfast has closed, but registration is not required for general admission guests attending the presentation.

Come with us, and you’ll be in a world of pure imagination at the City of River Falls’ 2024 State of the City Address.

From breaking ground on the transformative 200+ acre Mann Valley Corporate Park to unveiling the 500,000-gallon North Water Tower, and much more, imagination fueled big achievements at the City in 2023. Join us to learn where we’re going, and which way the river’s flowing, as we work with our partners to expand the horizons of imagination and innovation in River Falls.
 
A buffet-style breakfast will be served from 7:45-8:30 a.m. The State of the City Address, presented by City Administrator Scot Simpson with an introduction by the Mayor, will begin at 8:30 a.m. The cost for breakfast is $15; general admission for the presentation is free. $10 of each $15 ticket sale will be donated to Our Neighbors’ Place.
 
Guests partaking in breakfast must register in advance. Registration for breakfast closed Wednesday, February 21 , 2024.

Event schedule:
7:30 a.m.: Check-in begins
7:45 a.m.: Breakfast buffet opens
8:30-9 a.m.: Introduction by Mayor Dan Toland and presentation by City Administrator Scot Simpson
9-9:15 a.m.: Audience Q&A

Breakfast buffet will include:

• Scrambled eggs
• French toast with whipped butter and maple syrup
• Roasted breakfast potatoes
• Bacon and sausage links
