SUMMARY:Youth Regional Wrestling Tournament
DESCRIPTION:This is an awesome event that we have the privilege of hosting here in River Falls. For those kids in 8th grade and less\, they have the chance to qualify for the Wisconsin Wrestling Federation state tournament held at the Alliant Center in Madison\, Wisconsin.  There are usually about 400 wrestlers at this event from throughout the region.\n\n\n\nFor many youth and middle-school wrestlers\, this is the true test of their abilities - matching their abilities with the best from our entire region.\n\n\n\nThis year we are running many mats and will also utilize the second (auxiliary) gym for the additional mats. In addition\, we are sponsoring other clubs to run 6 mats throughout the event.\n\n\n\nThis is a qualifier for the WWF Kids Folkstyle State tournament to be held two weeks later in March at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison. The top two place winners in each age and weight classes qualify for the state tournament.
