Alll are welcome to attend.\n\n~9am-10am Grand Opening Ceromony\n~10-11am Universal Dance Destiny\n  West African Dances with ''live drumming solos\, Cultural Grand      March and dance. \n~11-11:45am Student Performances\n~11-1:30pm Picnic \n~11:45-12:30 pm El Arco Iris - a St. Paul\, MN group will perform dances originating in Puerto Rico including ''La Bomba'' and ''LaPlena.'' \n~12:30-1pm Student Performances\n~1-1:45pm Heart of the Earth - Pow wow by students from the Oh Day Aki School Charter School Center for American Indian Education.\n~5pm-7pm Unity in the Community\; Downtown River Falls\, Veteran's Park-Performances by UW-RF students\, River Falls area students\, and more!\n~8pm Wyman Series Event: Esera Tuaolo - A gay man in the N.F.L was forced to hide his sexuality. \n~All Day: Portraits of Families\, Henna Tattooing\, Tibetan Monks\,Tie Dye (shirts provided)\, Hmong Sport of Kat
